Great game by the Cats! Fox had a good night, Monk play was just the best assist of the 2016 season so far. Briscoe looked good and Willis played well. Bam was doin his Bam thing.

I thought this game would be closer. Now I am really looking forward to this next game against UCLA. Cats play like they did tonight another blow out. But UCLA is a much better team.

UCLA will be the first team we'll have played that has the personnel to actually hang with us. The point guard match-up alone will be worth admission.

Only thing is that Alford always wants to run. Just like two years ago if you play fast against Kentucky you're doomed. With the game at home and with the depth we have it's a game that could get silly if we play like we've been playing.

And that is why I am really looking forward to this game. They run, we run and both teams might just hit hundred. As you said the PG match-up will be what I am going to really pay attention to. Should be a great game.

The '15 team obliterated some really good teams.

This team though is much better offensively. And definitely the best UK team in transition I've ever seen regardless of coach. One of the best college teams period I've seen at scoring on the break, probably on par with those great UNLV teams.

I'd like to see a team push them to see how they respond, and we're going to see it over the next couple of weeks. Three really good tests coming up.

We are seeing something very special with this team. These guys love to play basketball and they love to play basketball with each other. They are very unselfish. They shoot the ball very well. They shoot free throws good. How may of Cal's teams have we been able to say that. They also seem to be the most prepared freshman to come out of high school. Cal is always having to teach defense but these guys have played outstanding defense from the start. Their basketball IQ is very high and their learning curve is very flat. They are very impressive group of freshman and that is saying something for KY and Cal.

Most fun i have seen from a team. This is saying a ton when you think about 96 team or 98 team or even the 12 or 15 team. This team loves to play DEFENSE and they can make SHOTS. They seem to be getting better each time we see them. We are not even to CAMP CAL yet and this team is playing at a high level. If we continue to work on our mistakes then i am not sure who can play with us. This looks like an ABA team of running and dunking.
