88 to 25. That is just silly. Not sure I can remember anything like that. Lafayette Louisiana, if i remember can into Rupp and scored a ton of points and beat us (again if I can remember correctly). Hope no one gets hurt in the 2nd half and they continue to play like the Globetrotters. lol

When it was obvious that they played like Grinnell College it was clear we were going to beat them mercilessly.

The only way to handle Kentucky is get back, pack it in, and force us to shoot the basketball. If we can get out and run this team can be scary.

Still would like to see Bam get in the post some to see if we can feed it in there, but the competition has been so low in the exhibitions we couldn't really work on it.

I fell asleep in this game. I actually believe games like this hurt you a little. Its obviously worse than one of your own practices as far as talent level. Lets have a Duke or Mich St. exhibition or maybe a much better OVC opponent. What can you really take from that?

It's against NCAA rule to play D1 teams in exhibition games. They've actually talked about changing this rule.

What some teams do is have "secret scrimmages" against other D1 teams, but you can't sell tickets.

I highly doubt anything that happened in that game hurt Kentucky, but I don't think exhibition games tell you a whole lot. That's been the case for years. It was much better when the NCAA allowed teams to play those barnstorming teams.
