It is being reported on another board that Ben Simmons has dropped out of school and is moving to Phoenix until the draft.

Probably see more than usual declare this year. Players can go through the NBA combines and still pull their name out. They have until May 25th to do that. So this is going to be a long process to see who comes back and who doesn't.

I probably should've included some context, because I think that's one of the greatest pictures ever. It was also my failed way of showing that Simmons will never be as awesome as Iverson, because Simmons will never have the balls to let his mother braid his hair during a game.

Loved Iverson. Didn't give a you-know-what. If I'm listing top three, top five players, he's always in there.

If LSU has had any others to have done that recently that might jeopardize their eligibility in future tournaments. It will, at the least, put a big hit on their APR.

Look for a lot more than usual to declare this year and then pull their name out. The process set up now more than ever for players to test the waters. I would expect Briscoe and Lee to test it out but probably come back.

I have also read where they are only going to invite so many players to the "combine", so it's very possible kids like Briscoe and Lee don't get an invite. That's just a guess of mine because I have no idea how many will get an invite. Cal did have a quote once this news came out and said if you don't get invited to the combine, you should just come straight back to school and forget about the NBA this year. It'll be interesting to see how this all plays out.
