Tennessee also beat Vandy by 2.

Rick Barnes might have a team of destiny.

Stefan Moody just hit one from almost halfcourt in the normal offense.

Not a buzzer beater. Not at the last second of the half. Just a regular shot.

Not much actual defense in the Ole Miss Bama game. A bunch of jump traps and such but a ton of breakdowns.

Should be a route by the Cats.

The Cats are playing better than either time they played Bama. We should play better defense than Ole Miss.

                  We should win the SECT.

Vandy is back on the bubble. They may not make it now. Tennessee looked gassed by the end of that game. Vandy just couldn't take advantage and get any kind of lead. UT was very lucky on that last shot. It looked good when it happened but was just a fraction late.

UK should be beat Bama again as long as they don't let Obasahon go for like 30 or more. Bama got a lot of help from others last night but I doubt they can get that kind of support against UK. If UK wins don't be surprised if they play Georgia Saturday afternoon. UGA is laying as well as anyone in conference and they may beat South Carolina.
The SEC is starting look like they may only get two teams in. If South Carolina loses tonight they will be squarely on the bubble. But it seems like about every team in college basketball that is on the bubble is losing in their tournaments. So its going be a tough choice for the committee. Lots of hair splitting will be going on between now and Sunday afternoon.

Think South Carolina is safe. Lunardi has them in an 8/9 game right now. Even if they lose today they should be in.

Florida and Vandy will be very close. Vandy just can't get in done in pressure situations under Stallings for whatever reason.

Last night on ESPN scroll they had South Carolina as a bubble team. That's what I was going on. They may be OK but if they lose today I doubt they will be comfortable watching the selections Sunday evening.

The craziest thing that's happened in the last month of this college basketball season is what's going on with Iowa.

I tend to think it's because they have a maniac as a coach. Fran McCaffrey makes Frank Martin look like Santa Claus. But there are probably other things going on too.

Not sure I've ever seen a team disintegrate like they have.

No way SC gets snubbed. They have a decent RPI and record against the Top 50. The record is too good overall and in conference to be left out.

Games will be getting underway shortly. IU vs Michigan is at noon. Michigan had better win. The first SEC game is at 1 pm. Tex A&M vs Florida.

Michigan/IU tied with less than 10 left. Florida and A&M tied half way through the 1st half. Sounds like the IU game is a really good one.
