Per a lot of people on Twitter, the Cats are out earlier than usual. Cal's way of trying to get them out of these putrid starts IMO.

I was at a UK/Uof game once (I think it was 2014, the Harrison's freshman year) when I knew Kentucky was going to roll by warm-ups. You could just tell it. The coaches were out there running drills with them, almost like a practice, and there was an amazing intensity just in those little drills. You could see it in their eyes that they absolutely weren't going to lose.

Briscoe's left ankle is hurt. Coaching staff asking him if he can go and he says he can.

When you write the lineup down, it looks even worse than I thought. Not much of a threat inside. Very discouraging.
