Last note - as seems to a a sometime trend, Jelavic looks hot early and then barely plays the rest of the half. Maybe he wasn't getting it done on defense???

Defense has been considerably better this year than last. We're actually rated higher defensively than offensively. Not disagreeing with you, necessarily.

Pope was Coached by Pitino learned a lot from him but Coaches nothing like him. This team can’t guard a tree man to man so why not switch defenses?

This UK team reminds me of a jr hockey team I played on. Started the season with high expectations, on paper looked like it should be a solid team; but the pieces never really fit when it came to the games. Lots of excuses and finger pointing, but no real resolution. By the end of the season everyone was ready for it to be over and go their separate ways.

But never learned under him as an actual coach. You could almost say Mark Fox is his coach mentor. I saw someone say that this current team looks like one of Fox's old UGA teams. I can't get that thought out of my head.

I never thought Mark Fox was a good coach

IMO he should be shown the door after the season is over
