Purdue Exhibition

Hard to believe that we'll get our first look of these Cats vs real competition on Friday. I would guess Lowe doesn't play and Oweh will probably be limited. I don't put much stock in the outcome of exhibition games, but I will be looking at our ball movement, outside shooting, and overall defense. Should be a good test before the season and will show the staff areas that need some work.

The good thing is tjis is an exhibition against a Top 25 type team..yeah I know what they are ranked. This is an awesome opportunity to really gauge where the Cats are based on quality competition without any consequence instead of blowing out the kids from WhatsaMatter U. or from the Little Sister of the Poor or Athletes in Action.

I'll be on the game threads during weekend games. Maybe for the game tomorrow as I'll get to see all of it before work. I'm giddy as all get out for the season.

It seems once the political board left that it took some good posters with it. Don't know if that was the reason or a coincidence but if politics ever keep me from talking UK sports then I'd have to rethink some life choices.

Pumped about another UK basketball season. This game should be fun but I don't know how much of a measure of where we are it will be.2 MAJOR pieces of team either will not be available or not at full strength. I am looking forward to seeing how our freshman respond.

I am one of the Rafters' drifters over here. There were a handful of posters when I first joined who seemed great, but they just disappeared. Not sure what behind the scenes drama happened, but hopefully once the orange ball gets tipped everyone is back at it.
