Just got through talking to a good friend of mine and we both agree that this team has a very good chance of reaching the F4. I really like Pope as a coach, when he was announced as our coach many did not think it was a good hire. I watched a lot of BYU games the year before he was hired and I really liked his coaching. Really good with in game coaching and knows which players to get to fit his system. Just praying we can win it all this year. Going to be a fun season.

I'm a bit more optimistic. I see a FF in our future. But I admit this is more realistic.

I tend to agree with you regarding the schedule and the best case scenario outcome....only I don't think that is the best case scenario. I think this team COULD win #9. THAT would be the best case scenario. But I'm really not anticipating it. I'm thinking Elite 8 as well....but the 23 wins doesn't take into account the SEC Tournament and March Madness. I see a couple of SEC tournament wins and a few NCAA tournament wins, bringing the season total to 28 or possibly 29. Hope I'm wrong and the season win total is more like 33 or 34 with a national championship!

It's really tough to predict what a team will do in the NCAAT. It comes down to who is hot once the tournament starts. If we are injury free, this team can win 6 in a row, because it will definitely be battle tested. That schedule is brutal.
I predict 30 regular season wins.

It seems like it has been awhile since we’ve entered March healthy, hoping the wind starts to shift on that this year.
