You should be able to "hover" the cursor over the thumbs-up and then it will display.

Been trying that as that seemed to be the obvious solution, guess I ain't hovering right cuzz I can't see them.

Hopefully something that will be fixed when we upgrade the software soon. Seems inconsistent.
