I've never been the sort of UK fan that roots for the SEC.

I hope they lose every NCAA tourney game in the first round. None of their fans root for Kentucky, so why am I rooting for them?

I hope the league falls flat on its face in the dance, while Kentucky cruises to the title.

I root for the SEC because I think it helps in recruiting. Just my two cents.

If I was in Nashville, I'd take one for the good of humanity and beat all the monitors with a baseball bat.

              Here's your answer.

Rule 5; Section 1; Art. 12. A try ends when the throw is successful, when it is certain the throw is unsuccessful, when the thrown ball touches the floor or when the ball becomes dead.

SEC, BigTen, ACC, Big12, BigEast - all but 3 games were chalk (based on seeding).

IF the SEC gets 14 teams in there is NO question that sooner or later you will play a team for the third or fourth time in a season.

                  Unreal.

But as a line in one of my favorite movies goes "There can be only one".
YES the league was remarkable this season, but when the tourney starts I'm a Kentucky fan, not SEC, SEC...fan.

To be shamefully honest....there are some SEC teams I would likely cheer against unless it were against Duke.
And even Duke this year is not quite as unlikeable as say ...Auburn.

I don't care if any of the SEC teams win but I do think it's kind of a curiosity what has happened this season in this league.

SEC basketball has actually been flirting with this for awhile. There've been times over the last 4 or 5 seasons where the league has been really good...not this good, but solid.

Historically the SEC underperforms in the NCAA Tournament, and that's an understatement. I don't expect it with it being like it is this season, but then again it's kind of a situation where anything less than every team winning in the first round and more than half of the teams moving to the Sweet 16 will be a disappointment. The ceiling is so high that you're almost destined to be called overrated, just because of the sheer math of it.

One thing we're seeing in these conference tourneys is a lot of chalk, and I kind of expect that to hold true today.

Day 3 getting ready to tip off.

This Ole Miss/Auburn game to start is pretty intriguing, but all in all I think as others have said this might be a day where the better teams wear out the teams that played yesterday, making the final scores pretty lopsided. Hope I'm wrong.

Ole Miss has stayed in it, but they've spent the last 5 minutes of this game arguing with each other.

I noticed that with us a little last night. The pressure is getting to teams.
