      Especially with what the Knicks will view as success. They’re not in a position with player contracts, finances, and draft picks to upgrade their roster unless someone totally outplays their draft position. Thibs taking them to the conference finals was likely their ceiling for the foreseeable future.

        Cal coaching in the NBA in 2025 would be a disaster, and surely he has the self awareness to know it..
