Oscar's post game comments about begging Cal to put in some guys who will fight is just a terrible look for our program. There has to be alot of drama swirling around we aren't privy to for that kind of statement to be made in public. Cal better get a handle on it NOW or this season could turn in to as big a disaster as the 9-16 season

Maybe it started with what some fan said Cal wearing a shirt about next year's team. 18 year olds playing tomorrow night may not get inspired from that.

It's broke. More like shattered. Can it get fixed??? Maybe.

You had a kid that was 1st or second in the nation in assists.
Not now.

Had a kid that was National Player of the year...and now seem to want to put him in spots to showcase his weaknesses, not his strengths.

I have to wonder just how bad the Tubby team with Daniels, Fitch, Hayes would beat this crew.

Or with Bogans and Prince.

Sorry guys, this all ain't what I consider Kentucky Basketball.

This was a terrible loss. I see no fight. Consistently fail on defense. This team looks lost. No spirit. I hope it can be fixed. Kansas may beat UK by 50 at home if this decline continues. And last year we beat KU bad, ...and Self turned it around and won the whole thing.

In my opinion, it's never a good look when a player publicly states he is giving the coach advice. This has happened twice with Oscar in the last few days.

Oscar needs to shut up and play. He is a part of the problem.

I'm sure he has read something about planks and specks... he needs to heed the lesson. I'm also certain that his public comments about his teammates are not helping the locker room thing. His conduct over the last weeks has been cancerous.

Oscar has been as much of a disappointment this season as anything else on this team.

I love him and think he's still the best player in the SEC, but the conditioning, attitude and effort hasn't been the same.

Cal did go on quite a bit in the postgame press conference and on the radio press conference about how much he loves the fans.

Apparently he spoke directly to the fans who were still there at the radio thing at length about his relationship with the fans and said something like "don't let anybody tell you I don't love you all."

It was by far the most heartfelt I've ever heard him about the fanbase. I also couldn't help but read a little bit of a goodbye in it...but maybe that's just my hope coming through.

They beat South Carolina by 43

no Toppin and Wallace and they will beat us by 60

We stayed for the postgame show. He was really going on about the fans. He signed every ball given to him. I felt a wee bit better after watching his facial expressions. The crowd really got into it when positive play was going on. Had not been to a game sine before the pandemic. Not sorry I went. VERY disappointed n the outcome
