Hasn't had enough sustained success IMO. Had a really good three-year run at Marquette but has only been out of the first round of the tournament once since then. That's been nine years ago.

Give him the players that Cal has had and it would be a different story. His guys play extremely hard. I guess most coaches would have a better record with those players.

Nothing except he seems very motivated. When you can get todays players to play hard for you, you are doing something right.

This is UK. We have no idea who will be here next year including Wallace and Livingston

If our remaining recruits abandon us, I would think that's Cal's death knell. Regardless, you can bet Cal and his staff are already trying to assemble next year's team thru the portal. Not to fill a few weak spots...but to cobble together a team that can at least be competitive in the SEC. A review of the past 2 years speaks volumes on where UK is headed under his reign.

That white kid with the cool stache cut hard off screens designed to create an open shot for him. High level stuff. Every team but one in college knows how to do it. 32 of them are still alive.
