I actually think we have an easy bracket. Definitely the easiest.

This is just me personally though, Purdue is a team that I've thought is a tough match-up for us. I probably over-rank them because I saw them early in the year and they looked awesome. They haven't remained awesome throughout the year, however.

And Murray State is a game with a lot of...baggage. That's all.

Overall I think we got a great draw. We got the right seed, we got the "easiest" #1 seed, geographically we got a great draw...there's really nothing to complain about if you're a UK fan.

Now Tennessee fans on the other hand...

One of the more interesting games of the first round is Jacksonville St. vs. Auburn.

That's Ray Harper, former Kentucky Wesleyan coach, and Bruce Pearl, former Southern Indiana coach.

I saw Pearl on the SEC Network last night and one of the reporters said, "You'll get a chance to go up against your friend, Ray Harper." Pearl quickly corrected him, "Oh, we're not friends."

I've heard that Harper back in those days would've gladly murdered Pearl, and vice versa.

Auburn will win going away I'm sure but it's a devious game the committee set up.
