Because he’s supposed to hit threes. Not sure why he stopped doing that, but you can’t just remove him entirely when he’s one of two (historically) reliable options in that department.

Have to hope he snaps out of his funk.

Yeah, we know. He feels more and more pressure with every miss. It's not going to get better in the next week or two. It's a mental thing now. You can see the desperation in his eyes. He needs to sit. He's been a liability for 6 games.

AGREE. We were in it until the end with a very good team.....and shot 2 for 20, or whatever from the 3. Best to get that crappy shooting out of the way now, and resume our better games for the tourney. Hope our guys are highly pissed and Grady & Mintz spend some extra time in the gyn getting their stroke back. We're OK!

I root for Ky as hard as anyone. But I still try to be realistic. They won't be winning it all in my bracket that's for money. I'll have them in my personal bracket.

I would love to see Grady get the fire in his eyes again. Mintz and Grady 1-14 for the game. 0-8 from three. That will not win games. Grady had a wide open early in the game and not even close to hitting it. It brushed iron. Reminds me of early December. Those guys need to step it up because Oscar can only do so much with three guys on him.

Some of Brooks passes look like Ryan Leaf in the NFL. Head scratchers. Brooks had a really good game but those passes were horrible.
Lets hope the loss makes this team hungry and desperate. Grady needs to look like he is having fun again. Big O needs to stay out of foul trouble and start making free throws, and we need Mintz, Grady, and Washington hitting from outside. Brooks hitting from outside an extra bonus as he is good with the Goose Given's mid range jumper.

You're right. We probably won't make the Sweet 16 if we continue to shoot 10% from the three.
But just know that our team's 3-point percentage for the season sits at .358%, which is only surpassed by four teams in the top 15 (Purdue .397; Gonzaga .379; Duke .373; Kansas .360). Give me our 3-point average for the year and we can take it ALL provided our POY doesn't get in foul trouble. (That's not blind faith--that's fact). GO CATS!
