So thank you. Each and every one.
I will add: don't ever give up. Even if it's gets so dark that you can't seem to find an exit.

I have been low before, and it ALWAYS gets better eventually.

If you ever need an outlet for your frustrations, direct them toward Spirit. He is an android, so he won't feel it anyway.

Thanks for stopping by. Separation and divorce are really tough, especially when kids are involved. I personally got separated almost 6 years ago and also had two kids. It was an extremely dark period for a while but it does get better. Focus on you and the kids is my best advice. And try to get along with ex the best you can. I used to post more as well but do come on here as there are some great people on this site.
Currently, my daughter is now a junior at Kalamazoo and my son is a freshman at Transy. They are both doing great. ......and I met someone that is my Person and we are getting married next month. (despite being a Aggie fan) It will get better.
        Much Peace to you!

Thanks Matt. Same to you as well, Last year's team and play, I truly felt like Crazzed so you would not want me posting. I have always loved this site. I will try to participate more in the near future.

abroo, hang in there, I was in the same place with 2 kids about 30 years ago. There were weeks that the only that kept me going was listening to Caywood on the radio. It took time, patience and prayers and things got better. To this day I still think about how other than my boys the Cats were the only thing that kept me going. I rarely post here but I drop by almost everyday to see what's going on.

ROCK, it has been a while since I’ve seen you on here. I certainly wish you the very best with your upcoming marriage!

Some days are fine. Some are darker. Focusing on my children is a mainstay. I’m glad that yours are doing well!

Sadly I never got to listen to Caywood during a live broadcast, but have heard old clips online of him calling the games.

thank you for the voice of experience and encouragement.

It will get better with time. Please don't think you have to be an insider or have great takes/opinions to post. I'm a "newbie" (followed Cal to UK) UK fan and I came across this site during 14/15 season. What I like about this group is that it is small (I'm not involved with other UK forums outside of B/R) and it doesn't matter if you've been a fan since the 70s or got on board in 2008; I feel comfortable here

I love UK and have for many years. The '98 championship was the day of my granddaddy's funeral, and somehow it made that day feel tolerable.

I don't contribute here much, because I'm not an insider, and I don't have strong opinions on how the game should or should not be played. I just want the Cats to win. I love UK and I enjoy the passion that I've seen in the members on this site. I started coming to this site around 2004. Hasn't been every day, but just about.

This past year my wife and I separated and she moved (along with our daughters, ages 9 & 12) to Indiana (IMO to get them away from me, punitively). It has been horrible. One thing that has kept me from going insane or into depression, is focusing on things unrelated to that situation. Reading here has helped a lot.

So, make no mistake, that if you ever feel that your presence on here doesn't matter, you could not be more wrong. I don't care what your opinions are on Tubby ball versus the dribble drive motion offense are. I don't care if you liked Pitino better than Calipari, hated BCG or loved him, or want certain players to start and get more minutes versus others. Being able to come and read these opinions has been a godsend. Possibly life-saving.

So thank you. Each and every one.
What a nice post...Hope you continue to post here often...I have been here since 2005 and this site is the best
