    Interesting, this is a job that a guy like Marshall could be interested in.

                      I just read that Tennessee would make a big push for Barnes. His wife is a UT alum and may really consider going there.

                                              I am in the camp that thinks that Rick Barnes is an under achiever. If he is not, then he manages to get his teams ranked high every year and then they disappoint.

                                              If Barnes isn't safe at a football school, I wonder how long the football coach at Texas will keep his job?

                                                  It's being reported that Barnes has been fired.

                                                  No official announcement from Texas until Monday, but the word is apparently out.
