I wasn't told it was Hardy and am not saying that's who it is but he's really the only one that would seem to make any sense. Maybe Jalen Duren in 2022?

Duren is the name I heard. Don’t think it’s going to be Hardy (which is a shame, because Hardy would be perfect for us next season).

I love Fredrick as a bench guy though. Those instant offense kind of players show up on all good college teams...assuming Fredrick accepts that kind of role.

I listened to the most recent Sources Say, and Pilgrim said he heard from people in Fredrick’s circle that CJ is actually fine with being a sixth-man at UK. Said he wants to be closer to home, and really wants to be a part of the program. If that’s the case, then I’m all for it. The guy can shoot the lights out.

Get him, a PG, then either return Mintz or get another guard and we’re probably looking at a nice team.

@ JFCCats22 & DVZ- Y'all know how I feel about Duren (mentioned him in recruit thread even though we don't have 2023 thread started-Lol) I see a raw Bam in him, but it won't surprise me if he skips the college route.

I'd never heard of Da'Vion Harmon before two days ago, but it looks like he's the guy that UK is putting the full court press on right now.

This doesn't seem to be the case. Harmon says he hasn't heard from UK since last week and doesn't list us as one of his top schools.

I think UK is locked in on Adam Miller from Illinois for that spot. I think they get Marcus Carr (or TyTy Washington), Frederick, and Adam Miller. If Brooks & Jackson leave then they probably add another forward as well.

TyTy got a huge bump in ESPN’s rankings. He’s all the way up to #12 — notably two spots higher than Sallis.

Honestly if we could lock in TyTy and Mintz commits to coming back I would feel pretty good about that. As much as I want Carr, just don't have a good feeling he will be playing college ball next year.

Any inside info on Jackson, really doesn't seem to be in the lottery discussion and some have him fringe first round at best. Was he really being truthful when it was said he would return if he wasn't a lottery pick?
