Great game from Jacob Toppin. Man I think we have a gem in that guy.

Officiating was possibly worst I’ve seen this year. The charge on Brooks was cartoonishly absurd. To even think about rewarding the defense on that is an affront on the sport of basketball.

Weird thing about this team is how they’ve started to really score points...but can’t guard anyone.

It’s almost like we’re seeing a totally different team than just three weeks ago or so.

I was watching the game via a streaming service and didn't get a good look at the foul called against Mintz near the end of the game. This was the one that resulted in Pippen making three free throws. From what I could tell from the replay, didn't look like he got within two foot of Pippen. Was this a foul or a bad call?

I thought Davion gambled just enough to have the foul called. Shooter probably initiated the contact but they’ll always call that one on the defense. There was a little contact

I really think Cal is letting them get out of HIS comfort zone as a last resort. Obviously not the type team he desires but he’s loosened the reigns since they cannot do it his way.

I've absolutely loved Toppin since the first couple games. Has so much upside. Could be all SEC multiple seasons at UK. He's only scratching the surface. I said earlier this year if he could get that jumper to fall consistently he'd be a star, and it's happening....

Topping played great and is a real bright spot along with Jackson's effort.
a win at that house of nightmares in Nashville is always good.

College officiating sucks, the refs bad calls nearly changed the outcome of this game.Two other observations. HOW does Oliver Sarr only get one rebound in a basketball game. Second HOW does anyone believe Keon Brooks will go pro. He has 0 NBA skills at this point in his career.

Outside of Jackson, there are no NBA skills on this team except in small, unsustained flashes here and there.

Any win with this team is great. But that game showed just how bad this UK team really is. Any of the other Cal teams (minus 2013) would have easily won that game by 20+.

EVERYTHING is a struggle with this team. Obviously not surprising at this point but man that was difficult to watch.
