See it took me years to accept the Calipari era of Kentucky basketball. Would you rather have a young team roll through the regular season with no adversity only to flop out when it counts the most and the season is on the line or have a young team who fights through adversity through the regular season and finds out who it is preparing for those last 6 in March April?

Pretty obvious we are getting better but you can't just flip the switch when you feel the heat. I feel a run coming with this team.

Really like the Tyrese Maxey we got last night. That's the guy who could carry a team on an NCAA run...but unfortunately we only see that Maxey once every six or seven games or so.

Dynamic player when he's going like that.

Yeah, you nailed it. It was beyond frustrating for 20 minutes and then was about as good as I have seen them play for the last 20. They cannot afford to play like they did in the first half against a decent to good team. They would be down 15-20 at half and very likely aren't coming back from that against a good team.

I also still think we have to get something more from the bench than we did last night. I don't think you can only have 4 guys (I still don't count EJ yet) contribute and expect to win many games.

So let's just talk about all the bad today, how much we suck, how much we get behind, we don't have this we don't have that, Cal needs to be fired he can't recruit 5 top 5 Five stars. How about we talk about the fact this team OUR team has fight in it, yes it gets ugly we get behind but these kids stay the course and like Dykes said, body blow you..

Anyways, you take away a couple of close bad losses that could have went either way and we are sitting here talking about CAL for President and who can't beat us. I hear talk about GOOD teams will kill us if we get behind but unless i am missing something, we are just as good or better than the GOOD teams especially on paper, just saying...
