I do to, but it is the rule and Cal get's away with it a way to much. Especially after he has been warned.

If they REALLY enforced that rule, coaches would be kicked out with regularity. Even Raftery agrees.

That rule is intended for coaches who try to insert themselves into the game or come after refs. Not a guy who takes a step too far when is team is on defense on the other side of the court.

No. Simply a ball knocked out of a player's hands. Obviously never tied up.
