And, geographically, I'm not sure it's going to matter much. We had the crowd in Nashville yesterday and it didn't seem to make much difference in the outcome. I'd rather be playing Gonzaga in Anaheim than Duke in Louisville or Carolina in the Midwest. But reasonable minds may differ about that.

Anyway, I was more making a point (yet again) of how much of a pessimistic annoyance that crazzed is. When a number of different posters on two different boards that he posts at point it out, it's not a coincidence. The problem is most certainly him.
Yep, was most certainly my fault UK pissed their pants in a huge game!

Im glad you are good with losing, if that makes you a better fan than me then that’s fine.

Perhaps it didn't or perhaps we would have lost by more than four points w/o the fan support. I'd much rather we play somewhere closer than Calif.
It could actually help in terms of where we play if we got a 2 seed.

I don't think it will but it theoretically could. You might be the lowest 1 and they ship you out somewhere, or you could be the top 2 and they give you a gift when it comes to where you play.

We're not going to be the highest 2 however, it doesn't look like.

^ A good example of that sort of thing is Syracuse the year they won it with Carmelo.

They got a 3 seed and didn't have to leave their backyard all the way to the title.

Nobody likes to lose but don't behave like a little cry baby all the time when they lose or play bad. All on here could probably claim they are the biggest UK fan. We can all agree that we want UK to win. Kentucky very well will be in Duke's bracket. I am not going to complain because UK had their chances to win the SEC tourney. Time to strap it on. If UK is going to win it all, they are going to have to beat some very good teams.

I just said that I'm not good with losing; I was cussing, and hitting the wall yesterday. But it happened and it was over.

It's your general attitude to Kentucky basketball -- always, always, ALWAYS pointing out the negative in any situation, be it games, recruiting, whatever. It's tiresome and unnecessary. And you KNOW you do it, too. If multiple people on two different boards point it out, it means that it's YOU.

It's baffling to me; if you don't enjoy Kentucky basketball, and if every little negative thing gets you all down in the dumps, why do you follow it so intensely?

And like clockwork orange, Tennessee is crapping the bed against auburn.

When we're on our game, the only team I'd rather not face is Duke. When we're not, there's a lot of teams that are capable of beating us. I believe Gonzaga will make the Elite Eight. I doubt if Va. does.

This phenomena is so utterly annoying.

Kind of guessing the SEC gets two number two's, a three and a four as far as top 4 seeds go.

WOW...could not believe Auburn beat Tennessee that bad today......and to think we blew Auburn out a few weeks ago and without Reid Travis

In a surprising move that rarely ever happens, Cal called out Grant Williams earlier this evening for flopping.

He sort of veiled the comments inside some other stuff, but it's obvious he wasn't happy with the way Williams plays the game--or the way the officials let him play it.

I know you have to white knight for officials on the take but come on...
I just watched the replay several times of this play, and First i want to apologize for me making the "hit on the arm" comment because he didn't. I'm sorry if I offended you or anybody else on WCN. I'm embarrassed by my actions.

Second, I want to explain why I asked if you were or had been an official. An official has a totally different view of the game than anybody else in the arena. And when you have ten talented athletes playing the game in a confined space, and with how fast they play it, unless you're trained it can be interpreted different. And, the replay cameras never have the same angle the official had when he made a call.

Third. Here's how I see the play and why I think a foul was called. The ut player is pinned by Travis and makes a quick spin move around him then goes up for the shot. If you look close, Travis's right hand could be on his back. There was no advantage and the foul should not have been called, but maybe that can explain it some.

I appreciate the explanation. I don't think officiating cost us the game, but losing our best rebounder didn't help.

I hate that I know Doug Shows name. I shouldn't. I hate that I know how many fouls were called in the first half vs. the second. I shouldn't.

I get that the officiating is difficult and the camera often has a better angle than the official, but consistency from half to half, and the discipline to only call what you actually see isn't too much to ask. If rules are to matter, there needs to be predictable enforcement.

Lighthouse I am curious to know what you thought of the charge call on Keldon before PJ hit the jumper, and the block call on Travis when the out official had a charge? I didnt see any response in the thread, but I just glanced though it. Thanks
