Great point. I always want to chalk Evans up to being a JUCO, but then I remember Manhattan.

I think Travis has a chance to be the best outside of Anderson. Getting a guy who was probably going to be the POY in a major conference is something that doesn't happen much in the college game. Hardly ever in fact.

Jon Rothstein reports that Reid Travis will visit Kentucky and Villanova after Stanford's graduation on June 17th. No firm dates set.

Forgot to mention this but Matt Jones threw out a couple of days ago that Reid Travis will visit next week. Jones says the visit will likely come Tuesday.

Villanova just got a commitment from a former NC State commit. Not sure if this hinders the Travis situation for them or not, but you would think it can't help.

I'll believe that Reid Travis ends up anywhere other than Kentucky when I see it.

Calipari had some pretty interesting things to say in a teleconference today. If you're reading tea leaves, it certainly sounds like he's pretty confident about getting Reid Travis.

Said at one point that he hoped to get everybody on campus in the next week and start working out. Certainly sounded like he was talking about Travis as well as Hagans.

I just saw it floating around that he is not taking a visit to Nova and is expected to announce for UK by the weekend, but it was on a small account no one has ever heard of.
