It’s like a bad movie you’ve seen before , the lead and the ball with 2 minutes in a critical NCAA game, three empty trips with bad shots and turnovers and we lose, kind of like Wisconsin or Uconn oh well Cal IS a great coach eben if he has trouble figuring out how to finish the really big games late.

Proud to be a Cat fan but not proud of thoselast 2 shots. And DEFINITELY not proud of our FT shooting. As much as PJ kept us in it, that's how much he lost it for us. And that isn't counting Shai's selfish play. Why wasn't that last play drawn up for Knox?!?!?!?

I'd feel better if this happened against Virginia, with Tennessee or Cincinnati looming on Saturday.

Well, they went father than any of us thought they would. I'm proud to be a CAT Fan.

I agree we got farther than I expected with this team and the clock begins and the question becomes: Which freshmen are coming back (if any)?
I anticipate they will all go to NBA combine and after feedback, lets see what happens. Something is telling me regardless what Diallo's feedback is he's gonna take his chances and enter the draft.
We have couple shooters next year so I anticipate us being better and Gabriel and Sacha should be back also.

They will go - at least Knox and SGA... Some scout/team will take them and patiently let them practice and wait 2-4 years in hopes that they get better as they mature. Diallo is gone. After that - I can't see anyone else going.

Heck, Cal tried to give away the 2012 title by slowing it down. Will he ever learn to not grind it out and play to the opponents pace?

Agree. I think this was one of his toughest seasons as a coach. I think he had to do a ton of teaching and even still, there was a lot lacking. Obviously he knows Xs and Os or he wouldn't be where he is but a lot of the stuff he does or calls, I just don't understand. He needs to start re-thinking his offense badly. His offense has no flow whatsoever. Lots of standing around and watching. Was the same way when the twins were there.
