What we're seeing now is that guys are starting to buy into their respective roles and everybody knows what thy have to do. We're seeing that in the form of consistency.

Wenyen is going to still have missed layups and defenses lapses, because that's just who he is as a player. But he's also going to give you the good stuff more consistently, as well.

    I'm confident.

Probably not enough time to fix it this season, but if nothing else I'd love to see him cut down on the stupid fouls. I could handle a miss or a lapse here and there if he didn't so often follow those things with fouls.

Gabriel is athletically limited. Doesn't move very well at all laterally. This puts him behind a lot of plays, and when he gets behind he often hacks. Or viciously dunked on.

But the main difference between his freshman year and this year is strength. The guy couldn't move anybody as a freshman. As a sophomore there are times I've seen him swim in there among four other rebounders and tear the ball out.

I hope Nick Richards can work himself to that point. Richards can grab absolutely nothing when there's any traffic at all.

It defies comprehension. How can a person be that physically imposing, yet so, so timid?

There are exactly two (2) teams that are playing as well or better than Kentucky right now in this tournament, and they're both on the opposite side of the bracket: Duke and Villanova. Kansas is right under them, and we'll have to see how Carolina looks today before I'm willing to lump them in there.
Yeah, the same Michigan St.who just needed a miracle shot to get to 25 points and have a 3 point halftime lead against a bad Syracuse team that has no business even being in this tournament

They won't get a chance to beat our brains in this year anyway. Out they go to an 11 seed Syracuse. MSU hadn't been playing well at all for a while. I think all of that stuff going at MSU affected them. Izzo said some things too that may have ticked off that team about all of those allegations. Izzo is someone too that may be out over the summer because of what broiling in East Lansing.
