No. It's true that Vitale for sure and Bilas to a lesser degree do get off on different tangents. But they do add something to the broadcast. Walton gives absolutely nothing but a long winded string of useless rambling. He and Dakich should be locked in a room together and made to listen to each other.

I do like Vitale but I get tired of his ever defending of coaches. He never takes any of them to task when it it obvious someone like Pitino has done wrong. He has always defended coaches to a fault.

I don't mind Walton. Sometimes he's interesting, sometimes he's a bore. But I don't get to hear him much since does west coast games. Dakich is just a troll. He rarely offers any good insight to a game and just needs to go away.

Bilas and Raferty are the best but in two different way. Bilas gives very well thought out opinions. You may not always agree with him but you can see his point. Raferty is just good entertainment from someone who obviously loves the game. We need more like him doing games.
        Kentucky fan since 1971.

I have kind of made up my mind that IF the NCAA reacts to the FBI relevations, we will see penalties on schools that we're directly involved with coaches taking part in negotiations....either assistant or head coaches. Even though the FBI tapes/ transcripts are huge, it will bring the number down to a more manageable number.

The NCAA is in a position where there are so many rule breakers under the current set they are going to have to rewrite the book.

Either that or plan for Belmont to play David Lipscomb for the championship.

Time to revive an old thread with new charges in the FBI sting. UL, KU, NCState and Miami being the schools mentioned in this round. Maybe everyone was paying everyone but UL and Miami certainly never saw a scandal they didn't want to be in the middle of. A couple of KU players implicated.
