Well - I see it all the time with HS baseball --- Certain kids get recruited because of intangibles like they can throw hard or their exit velocity is 90+ off a tee.... Guess what - doesn't mean jack if it doesn't translate to the field and the game. Same way here. He's missed with these kids. Not his fault though - everyone else was recruiting them as well.
