It gets forgotten because the year stunk and Billy Clyde was a disaster, but Jodie Meek's game-winning beyond-NBA-range three against Florida in Rupp was a classic.

Still think this game may have been the loudest I've ever heard Rupp.

And I was at the Anthony Davis block game.

People forget now, but when Florida came in for that game there was still hope of a decent season. I remember telling my brother-in-law that we were definitely making the NCAA Tournament after that.

We proceeded to lose six of our last nine games.

LOL!!! When the game ended I was literally laying on my floor in complete agony. I've never been so deflated regarding a sporting event in my life.

I was almost as bad after the Fab 5 beat us. We had the best team that year. Watched it at my uncle's house. Luckily quite rural because I went outside and yelled at the top of my lungs.
Not sure my voice has been the same since.
