I need a small forward and a center, so I'm taking Erik Daniels and playing him at the 5 like the funky tweener he was alongside Antoine Walker's passing ability.
Anyone else have a strategy similar to last year? Or opposite? I went into it wanting to get completely new players. I currently have two that I had last year so that isn't working out. But, I don't remember anyone else I had that is still available.

I had DA and Bowie (I think) last year.

No matter how bad things may seem, you can always make them worse.

Different. Last year I was just trying to take interesting players. This year I've tried to take more players from recent years--because I believe the recent players are the best individually to ever play at Kentucky. That's mainly from Pitino's and Cal's teams.
Think there's been a major change in the last decade-plus in terms of skillsets, players' athleticism, strength, and just the fact that these players are playing nonstop basketball when they're in high school.
I think if these teams were somehow to be actually put on the court, the guys with more recent players would win virtually all the time.
The current team i have is not what i had in mind prior to the pre draft picks. No one really knew about the first pick so i assume we all take the best player availabl but i had planned on drafting players who knew how to win titles with players like Beard, Mkg, and so on...
I had Bowie. The reason I remember is that I had 4/5 of UK's starting lineup from 1984.
That's right! I must have wanted him. 😊 I knew I had an unheralded big from the 70s as well. He must have been my plan b.

Friendsofcoal needs a PG and SF. I have a few in mind that are surprisingly still available.
We need a separate aftermath thread when this is done (seperate from the voting thread). There's 2 players in particular that I'm curious as to why they lasted this long. They both were drafted fairly late last year, if I remember right and I am not old enough as to know why lol.

I pick after him. There's two players that I don't need right now that are surprises to me that they're available. I plan on going with a forward next as I still need both, but it'll be hard to pass on one of these guys coming off the bench.
Hello All! You may see some things bouncing around, colors changing, and functionality being added and removed as we look at how to make some requested...
With the recent discussion of rules and what is and is not posted I set out to find what our mission statement originally was and this is what I found:...
