Can't believe anybody here is actually watching basketball.

You missed two good games. First one in particular was very well played. S. Carolina made a great comeback from 14 down to take a two point lead. But the Zags went back inside and took control.
UNC gave Oregon every chance in the world to win that game but just wouldn't take it. Oregon was cold the 2nd half and couldn't get a rebound when it mattered most.

I'm afraid the University of African Studies will win it all tomorrow night. It will be close but they seem like they pull close ones out.

I watched both games off the DVR. It was much better that way, rather than sitting through all of those time outs and commercials.

The Oregon loss was mystifying. The same player blew a box out on two consecutive missed free throws. Really strange to watch and I'm not sure I've ever seen anything like that at that stage of a game.

Carolina/Gonzaga will be a good one IMO because the Zags have enough power to keep them off the glass. It is disappointing however that Gonzaga got such an "easy" walk to the championship in terms of seed and Kentucky has played a murderer's row every season since Calipari's been here.

I didn't watch the games but I've seen replays and it looked like Meeks fouled 2 guys getting that last rebound. Oregon should have been going to the line.

Yep. He pushed off with his left arm to get in position for the rebound.

That's not a foul. Guy didn't even try to block him out. Meeks just rooted him under the basket.

Can't call a foul on everything. These guys need to play. There's nothing more annoying in basketball than the ref who wants to blow the whistle on every move, every jostle, every gesture.

If you're calling fouls in that situation then virtually everything is a foul. Meeks destroyed him and the guy made no motion whatsoever to box out. Didn't even get in a stance to attempt it.

Had that been Bam and John Higgins standing there watching it would have been a flagrant against Bam and then a technical against Cal for arguing it.

Watched most of the SC/Zag game....pretty good. Reminded me of the flow of the UK/NC game, with them down most of the game - coming back to 5 or so up, then folding.....similar to us.

Watch exactly one play of the NC/Oregon game. Early on, the NC All American drove the ball down the lane, missed the layup, but a foul was called. Couldn't believe the foul as it appeared as if no one came close to him. Replay showed that in fact no one touched him.

All I needed to see.
