The committee of infractions says they won't deliver the results until early June.

I agree... In my opinion, both schools should be on the death penalty.....

This gets my vote too. Of course it baffles me trying to figure out why they're taking so long to penalize UNC.

So many delay tactics and then a new notice of allegations....endless stalling....

          Hopefully, their day is coming...

Hmmm, I was under the impression from everything I've read that they would have a decision on any further penalties right after conclusion of the hearing.

Well, whenever it comes, there had better be more to come for the dirty ugly birds

It is coming right after the hearings. You see, according to the NCAA's modus operandi, RIGHT AFTER means in two months. You heard right.

                LOL, yeah seriously.

So, the decision is given 8-12 weeks after the hearing. So, we're lookin at middle of June or after....

The UofL audit comes out June 6th. That is gonna be quite the double whammy for UofL....

Matt Jones mentioned that several UofL fans close to the University have told him they're hearing Jurich may be bought out as a result of the audit....talked about it on his show today. Very interesting.

June may be a month of horror for UofL.

I wonder if it's coming at all.

Im beginning to believe the NCAA is lapdog to the media. A modern tourney without North Carolina???? That would be a shock.
neginning to wonder if there is a effort to delay enough for the NCAA to invoke a time limit.

Louisville and Jurich have been treading a thin line for a while. The Hurt show cause still smolders, and the arrogance of the AD, head coaches etc has to be......Grating.

This still could go on for awhile. When the NCAA actually makes a decision and if UL doesn't agree, then UL can file an appeal and the process begins all over again. I think this is what UNC did to prolong the process.

Not a surprise a final ruling wasn't made. The NCAA never renders their verdict after a hearing like this. It's always a couple of months afterwards that they do. Will has said it on here before and I agree that the NCAA will accept the self punishment UL placed on themselves a couple of years ago. They will probably give Pitino 8 or 10 games off in the ACC part of the schedule and that will be about it. There will no death penalty and probably no vacating of NCAA games. I would be shocked if any of that happens.

Carolina should have never been allowed to compete in the NCAA tourney last year or this year. What a total travesty the NCAA is.

Jay Bilas on ESPN radio at lunch talking about how ridiculous the charges by the NCAA were and that essentially a bunch of grown men were sitting around the table debating the value of a dance.

Only comment I have is, how in the hell could the NCAA claim that the dances and sex were an impermissible benefit. Have they not seen what some of those women looked like?

                            How is that a benefit?
Extremism is so easy. You've got your position, and that's it. It doesn't take much thought. And when you go far enough to the right you meet the same idiots coming around from the left.

Did not read the articles, but 2 journalist are saying nothing else will be done to UL or Pitino. How sad is that?
