Who's your final four? Who's winning it all? Who's getting upset early?

I've got UNC, Iowa St, Villanova, and Arizona with UNC beating Zona.

Rhode Island playing Michigan in the Sweet 16 along with FGCU.

I've found this bracket really hard to figure out because I want badly to go with chalk. It's very difficult to see the upsets...well, it's always difficult, but this year's it's worse. Not a whole lot of fearsome teams once you get past the top 20 or so teams. And a whole lot of sameness in so many of those middle-seed match-ups.

I want to say a 3 seed is going out in the first round, and a 1 seed will go out in the second...but darned if I know who those teams might be.

I think a team like Arkansas might be interesting to watch against North Carolina. Also think Florida Gulf Coast might beat Florida St.

BUT A CAVEAT:

I've filled out brackets since I was probably 12 years old and have had maybe three or four ever that have been worth a crap. For a guy who watches college basketball as much as I do you'd think I'd be good...but I suck.

The lady who won it at our company last year won the bracket challenge by rolling dice to pick every game.

I filled out my wife's work bracket for her last night. I don't follow bb like most of you, so I'm probably way off base, but I put Villanova, Arizona, Kansas and UNC in the Final Four with Nova and UNC playing for the NC. I'm picking Nova to repeat as NC's.

I can't give a reason,but I pick Creighton as my Cinderella team. It seems I've been hearing a lot about them this year and haven't heard of any injuries for them. I picked them to beat Rhode Island, Oregon, Michigan and Kansas to get to the FF. Joining them in the FF in one bracket I have UK, Florida St and Nova, with UK and Nova in the championship game with UK getting # 9. In this bracket I picked Michigan to beat UL, Baylor to beat Duke, ND to beat Gonzaga. Like Will said, picking this tournament is tough. I look at this bracket and shake my head.

Lot of the talking heads are saying Nova will be the first 1 seed out. I dont think so. Kansas or UNC might be the first 1 out. I think you might see 3 (2 Seeds) in the final 4, no not Duke. Kentucky Zona and Louisville to go with Nova.

What makes the tournament so awesome is shown in this thread. I have Florida State losing in the first round and Lighthouse has them in the final four. Absolutely anything can happen.

Kansas State dominated Wake last night. Wake was only in it because of the freethrow line.

It was good to see the mighty ACC go down on the first night.

There was also a pretty ugly choking incident in the New Orleans/Mt. St. Mary's game between two players on the same team. Interestingly, we were watching the end of New Orelans' conference title game this past weekend. The very same player who choked the guy went NUTS at the end of that game. They had to take him out of the game and he sat over on the bench absolutely losing his mind.

Really weird.

Not a big NIT guy but watching Clappy's IU team lose again was too good to pass up.

I was actually surprised at the WF result. Ready for Thursday.

I like the University of Kentucky to win it all. If our Big 3 can show up and play up to potential and our role players perform, this team is as dangerous as anyone. The thing that gives me the most hope is that Fox has finally came back around and Bam has transformed, Monk doesn't have to score 30 plus for us to win....
