No college experience whatsoever. He's been an assistant in the NBA a while but that's totally different game and way to handle players. No recruiting in the NBA.

Not a coaching change but Wichita State is changing conferences. They are moving from the Missouri Valley to the AAC. They will be playing in the AAC next season too.

That's not a half bad move for them. Cincinnati and UConn (at some point when they fire Kevin Ollie) along with SMU will be a good upgrade in competition for them.
