Fixed it.

Cowherd seems to ignore that most all of these kids were drafted high, meaning they've gone to teams that weren't good and can't be made a playoff contender with just one player.

As to maturity and some of these players - I agree regarding Cousins. Mystifying why he lumps Davis and Wall in that group.
