This one might be a close call. If we let them get in the lead by at least 7 it might be hard to get it back. I really do hope the Cats can pull this one off and win it. As a prediction goes im saying Cats by 5.

I have a coworker that is all KU (grew up in Kansas went to KU) and we were discussing how the Top 4 teams lost in the past week. He was concerned about Press Virginia since they had a little slump (thought they would try to get back on track at KU expense) going into the game against KU and I was worried about Tenn because I've seen them take some pretty good teams to the brink but turn around and lose to some bad teams so I really didn't know what to expect. Now that both of us are on the losing end it will be interesting to see which team shows up/bounces back- LETS GO CATS

Bill Self is talking about the rape allegations right now.

Says everybody will play against Kentucky, but also says that the allegations are "a distraction. How could they not be?"

So I'm assuming that the allegations have indeed been levied at a Kansas player or players.

Very concerned. Not only is this a crucial (to put it lightly) game, anytime you play against a vet backcourt you're going to be involved in a battle. And Josh Jackson will arguably be the most talented player on the court.

As a team Kansas has been spotty this year. They've had to win tight games against bad teams. They've gotten terrible calls to win games. They're coming off a game where they got drilled.

But this will be close. Good point guards can single-handedly hold teams in games even when the rest of the team is scuffling, and Frank Mason isn't just a good college point guard. Guy is great.

IMO the backcourt will offset and it will come down to whether or not we can handle Josh Jackson. If he goes off like Robert Hubbs then we lose.

^^^ right on point! JJ is the "X" factor. I believe if our backcourt plays to the UNC game level then yeah, we have a chance but we also gotta get it in to Bam more...with M&G backcourt we make any mistakes they will make us pay. This game can go one of two ways: tight/close and we pull it out by 1pt or a basket or the extreme swing of us getting blown out...I really don't see an inbetween.
