The give credit to the person who said it first and expand on it from there.

Lee could jump well but that's about all he could do. He usually wilted in big games anyway. So he most likely would have been a no show is this game.

He was never consistent, but he didn't wilt against Michigan.

Lee actually had three or four pretty good games early last season. Then he just hit a wall for some reason. There were games from the middle of the season he gave almost literally nothing.

From January 5th on he scored in double figures twice, and that's averaging a bunch of minutes. Highest blocked shot total was 2.

As far as playing Humphries' minutes...yeah, he could probably do that, but not sure it would make a negligible difference. He had the reputation of being a big-time shot-blocker but he really wasn't that.

Can you imagine how easy it would be to put Lee or Bam on the line in a tight game? Throw Briscoe in the mix and you basically have 3 guys out of 5 who are lucky to hit the side of a barn. Bam actually doesn't have bad form for a big guy and you can tell it's mental more than anything.

Or a freshman Gabriel. Bottomline, Gabriel does not have a MKG motor.....

I keep reading everywhere Kentucky fans across the state tired of the one and done. I admit it gets frustrating but are we going back to 4 years and out? May as well go ahead and insert Willis, Hawkins, and Mulder in the starting lineup from here on out. I am guilty of the pre season hype BEST TEAM ever stuff but at the end of the day, will this group be ready to bring it in March, it's all that really matters. Honestly, I don't even care about regular seasons no more because it is one and done and why get attached? I just want to make sure my squad has enough talent to peak and win 6 in a row at the end, all that really matters now in the Cal era.
