These kids overcame a missed field goal and TWO turnovers for touchdowns and found a way to win. Folks, I've given Mark Stools a ton of flack, but last year AT THIS TIME OF SEASON State would have routed the Cats.
Like a smarter man than me said, I wanted to see kids COMPETE.....and now they are. Proud of these young Cats.

You just don't know how few and far between these moments are. Well, maybe you do, but I bet a lot of folks don't pay attention to that stuff. This was a HUGE win and a step toward where we wanna go not only now, but for future seasons as well.

I had to stay away tonight. Too wound up for this game. It messes with my EA (Episodic Ataxia). very proud of the fight. Proud that Stoops has that kind of passion going after the refs. He needs a person on the sideline to reel him back down so he can make the little decisions (Clock Management). So happy for #99 great way to end the day. I an not a fan of our back up QB. It is bad when you have to have your Freshman RB play wildcat just so you have ball control. Johnson did move up down the field and did a lot of good but his ball control is shameful. You would think with the bye week he would not have 2 fumbles in this game. Take away his fumbles and this game is not close. HAPPY for the team and happy for Stoops ( you could see it in his face after the game). Rest and get ready for next week at Mizzou. GO BIG BLUE!

They have hunkered down on defense and right when I am ready to write off Johnson, he has a great 2nd half outside of that killer fumble. Get better with the clock management, though I can tell Stoops is growing as a coach. We have a bunch of fighters on this team. Players are an extension of the coach. Dare I say Stoops is finally getting it? I think he is.

Well, something good had to happen to us eventually. Big clutch kick by McGinnis, especially after his first quarter disaster.

Great win that puts us in solid position for a potential bowl game.

Lots of things to like about tonight: strong offensive line play, Snell was excellent, some great play by the corners.

Lots of things to dislike about tonight: Stoops with some hideous clock management and disorganization in the final minutes. Johnson was pretty awful for most of the game and almost blew it for us. Gotta be better than that to beat Mizzou and Georgia.

Ultimately, a win is a win, and for Kentucky in October of 2016 and for Mark Stoops' career prospects, that's all the matters.

I agree except with regards to Johnson. He had a SPECTACULAR 2nd half, and then that fumble happened. He definitely needs to shore that up as he has a lot of them so far.

I'm not sure if I'd call his second half spectacular. They ran a lot of wildcat where they ran him as a decoy, and the two big plays that he did make were under-thrown balls that the receivers had to make miraculous catches on. The goal-line fumble, aside from being typically Kentucky, was unforgivable and nearly cost us the game. He wasn't horrible tonight, but he wasn't good, either.

Listened to Tom Leach's call on WLAP just now. Priceless. He is fun to listen to and to feel the emotions. Great call Tom.

Yeah, the all capitalized "spectacular" was a tad overboard. Nevermind. It was a lot over board. But you get the gist right?

So now after the Win today I think our record is where most of our fans thought it would be after 7 games. I guess some thought we would be 5-2 but to the best of my recollection i thought we would be 4-3. So keep it up CATS!

Great win by the Cats. They never quit and showed heart. We are 4-3 with three winnable games left. Reading some of the comments after the win makes me wonder if Crazzed is back around. Enjoy the win, people.

Great win by the cats. Fun atmosphere at commonwealth; but I don't understand the sorry attendence and "fans" bailing at halftime.

I watched the game again when I got home and all I can say is that the guys calling the game for the SEC network should be FIRED!!!

                            They were:

                            1. Bored with the game at the start of the second half.
                            2. Jerking each other off with irrelevant stories of yesteryear while exciting action is happening on screen.
                            3. Chose the middle of a potentially game clenching drive to talk about the murder of Tyson Gay's daughter and have a mini soap box about guns. (not the time or place a--holes)
                            4. Going hyper critical about clock management during the game winning drive. I get it, it's a reasonable criticism; but you made your point so SU! There is a game happening here.

Get them out! I am sorry for anyone who had to sit home and listen to that crap.

Just got home from the game. Just want to say that the last game I attended before tonight was the Tennessee win

I think the "crazy" play other than the GWFG, was the fumble returned for a TD by MissSt. UK should have been up by 17 but instead was only up 3.....grrrrrrrrrr.

A win is a win though!
