Last year I really thought the collapse was because of a lack of depth. And there's no doubt that that was a part of it.
Then all that stuff happened over the summer, and I wondered if there was something funky going on with the make-up of the team. To stand around and let your QB get veritably knocked out is weird.
Then this year comes along and we hit adversity and we're back in the same place. It has to make you wonder if there's something with the way these coaches handle the personnel. Clearly there are on-field things happening too, but it's funny how Kentucky has just fallen apart at the first sign of trouble for two seasons running.
The great coaches (in any sport) are great handlers of people. It could be that this staff starts to panic a little when things get tough and that trickles down to the team. There has undoubtedly been a ton of panicking going on during the games from both staff and players.
