Dawson needs to go. Why in the world do you call a short pass followed by a run with that little of time left and no timeouts? The team played good and hard but with a fool like that calling plays they don't have the advantage they deserve. Still happy to be 4-2 and that is where I expected us to be at this point but with a loss to Missouri not Florida. What was with the run on second down on the last drive?
I guess Dawson thought he could fake them out and break off a big gain, but it was a terrible decision.

Dawson has proven to be an awful OC. Stoops needs to do something about it.

Conventional wisdom says that a young team needs to learn HOW to win. I think that sometimes a coaching staff needs to learn HOW to win as well. Stoops is doing a very fine job, but he is relatively new as a HC. As a recruiter and a teacher and a motivator, he does an excellent job. His game management skills still need to catch up. This was a game we most definitely should have won.Comment

You're right. It won't happen 7ntil the season is over, but it must happen. The simple truth is that guy is just not a gifted playcaller. Poor schemes.
I'll say it again, we look fine when playmaker make plays, but otherwise, we're uncoached, no plan, no identity, lack of situational awareness.
