I think Ward will be the 2 and this guy will be the 3 or 4. Long was projected to be QB3 at Marshall this upcoming year. With that said, finding someone open to coming to a program who knows he might be down the depth chart is not easy. I mean, If I'm that kid and I had a choice between being QB3 at Marshall this upcoming year or QB3 at Kentucky...that's an easy decision.

UK picked up a QB commitment over the weekend from a Marshall transfer named JacQai Long who will have 3 years of eligibility. Has seen limited action in college so far.

Stein is killing it in the Portal. I expect us to be closer to 30 -35 signees before its all done. He's building to win now. I like that he's bringing in a lot of guys with multiple years left because, while next years schedule is pretty brutal, the 2027 schedule lightens up quite a bit. Next year will be a learning curve, but if we can get back to a decent bowl game, there will be momentum and 2027 could shape up to be a year we make some noise.

Agree about 2027. We know that teams success can change in a matter of 1 season nowadays, but our 2027 schedule has all 5 SEC teams that placed 12-16 in conference this year.

            THIS JUST IN!!!

Tegra Tshabola is transferring to Kentucky from Ohio State. He’ll have one year of eligibility after starting the past two seasons for the Buckeyes. The right guard visited Kentucky on Sunday and picked the Cats over Auburn and Ole Miss.

We lost on another receiver from Auburn: Tex Tech got him.
Auburn WR Malcolm Simmons picks Texas Tech over Kentucky

Not complaining about losing Simmons, dude had "domestic assault with strangulation or suffocation" charges on him while he was at Auburn.

Murray State’s Tom O’Hara, who announced his commitment to UK on Monday. This shouldn’t come as a shock to you, either, because KSR’s Matt Jones hinted that the news was coming from his top-secret sources (definitely not named Max Duffy) a week

                                QB 3 from the Portal:

Florida Atlantic quarterback transfer Carson Cruver is now a member of Will Stein‘s football program.
