I want the intensity back for sure. It looked like we just gave up after the blown TD attempt. I fully expected us to come out fired up the 2nd half, but it was just the opposite.

This team today looked nothing like coach Stoops' last two teams to me.

I cannot remember a Stoops team looking ready in the first game. Usually it's a cupcake and we pull it out. This was no cupcake and we got smacked.

Bob Stoops has never had a really good quarterback since he was here. I’m talking about a guy who can make the tough vertical throws late in an SEC game to win it. He doesn’t have one this year( if Wilson is his guy for the whole season.) He HAS brought us out of SEC cellar ( no mean feat) but we will never get to the upper echelon of the conference unless he recruits and PLAYS one. We simply are not explosive enough on offense to beat the big boys. We have lost 12 consecutive road games to SEC west opponents, what does that tell you. I simply can’t understand why everyone is so stuck on Wilson, especially since its pretty obvious he has lost a step since his injury.
