Making our own tailgate at a local pizza joint. Since UL is playing at the same time, I wasn’t going to go. Sometimes I don’t do well in mixed company. But I gotta. Been a football fan for a long, long time. GO CATS!

I couldn't sleep last night, I'm about to get Little Caesars (I'm cheap, sorry) and not leave the living room all day. I'm glad the Cats have the early kickoff to get there first day of SEC football started.

So excited we're going to see UK & SEC football today. Hope it goes off without a hitch and we get 10 games in for all teams.

In case you haven't heard, outside of premium boxes and seats for away guests such as for players/coaches family and friends, only students were allotted tickets. Heard many of the students who got tickets were upset. They were assigned a particular section and often their friends were in another section. Also, they were assigned a specific 15 minute window in which to enter the stadium, such as 9:00 to 9:15 and had to leave within 15 minutes post game. Wonder if this discourages any of them from attending, especially since they can't be with friends. Still, I expect it to be loud, maybe not as much as normal, but with students only, it'll be loud.

Auburn does a thing where they compare pictures of the opposing players to funny pictures of celebrities and other stuff. Does anyone know what I'm talking about? That thread in their message board is gold, but I can't find it anywhere.
