Don't know what Satterfield was saying but he definitely gave an L down when he went out to midfield. He appeared gracious in defeat but I'd like to know what he said there.

I saw on Twitter, this morning, where coach Satterfield's wife tweeted that she was so thankful for the classy UofL fans, with thankful in all caps. Someone came along and posted a pic of one of the UofL linemen coming out of the tunnel giving UK fans the finger with both hands with the caption you mean classy like this?

Another cold rain game. The Mrs. rain pants sprung a leak around half time but she hung in for the duration despite being soaking wet and very very cold. (Even in the face of multiple offers by me for us to leave) She is a trooper and wanted to be part of a truly special day.

Love this team and this program.

Notice how few procedural penalties we have anymore? Notice how few missed tackles and blown assignments? This is a WELL COACHED team.

It looked like the wheels might come after USC and rather than disintegrate, the team came together, fought like crazy, and had an outstanding finish to the season. That is the new Kentucky Football!

I would add that if 7 wins is the new injury marred floor for our program, we are in GREAT shape for the future. Football success in the SEC is precious and fragile. Love it while you have it.

It seems like coach and his wife are in for a rude awakening with the whole rivalry thing. A hand gesture like an upside down L is nothing. The commentators mentioned him saying he's never been a part of a rivalry like this and it showed. Obviously there's no place for certain things (I saw a screenshot of a Louisville fan hoping Bowden snapped an ankle) and both sides have definitely crossed the line, but if putting an L down upsets you they might be too sheltered in life to run with the big dogs.
