Every UL fan that I know wants Petrino gone after the season. Jackson covered up a lot of their flaws the past few seasons. They have a bad O line and defense. Before the year started Petrino praised his team as being deep and talented and the fastest team he has ever had. And the UL fans ATE IT UP. I heard plenty rumblings about a possible Bama upset, lol! I would LOVE to play these guys right now. I hope we continue our rise. I have a ticket for the UL game this year.

The UL players were sht talking 'Bama in the preseason too, which was dumb. I don't pay much attention to recruiting, but it seems Petrino hasn't been able to recruit consistently enough to compete in the upper echelons of the ACC.

But there was a time 2 years ago that they looked like the best damn team in the country before eventually collapsing at the end.

Not sure folks realize that Bobby Neckbrace has lost 4 or more games every year at ul since the return.
