Miss State's quarterback (#7 Nick Fitzgerald) is a great one! He is 6'5" 230 lbs. He runs well and will pick you apart passing in short distances (10-20 yds) and just when you have the pass figured out he tucks the ball and runs. He's coming back from a broken leg. He gets lots of time to throw…We rush well. We'll see. The offensive and defensive lines have good reputations but I thought I saw Louisiana push them around a few times. We are bigger and stronger and I hope we can take advantage. #1 Guidry is a good one. He's a touchdown waiting to happen. State has two good running backs (#22 Aeris Williams & #8 Keytaon Thompson). Just when it looks like you have them stopped, they gash you. I saw them get stopped in the red zone…twice...they're not perfect.

On defense one of their cornerbacks was injured (#2 Peters). They are on their 5th defensive coordinator in 5 years. Sweat and Simmons are two defenders to watch (#9, #94). They got beat on a jet-sweep left.
        Their punter is new.

I think UK can beat this team.

Extremism is so easy. You've got your position, and that's it. It doesn't take much thought. And when you go far enough to the right you meet the same idiots coming around from the left.

            Love the break down. Thanks!

MSU's D line is really good. I imagine they will try to take away the run game and make UK beat them with the pass. The good news is their pass D and secondary in particular are suspect. I think tonight we learn a lot about Terry Wilson. I'm afraid the QB position makes the difference and Fitzgerald wins out.

I worry about this team wearing down as Mississippi State is a physical team. I really think UK will be pumped up for this one and it will be rocking in Lexington.

I hope our game winning FG at the end can be a little shorter this time than 2 yrs ago...

Play defense. Protect the ball...but get more receivers involved.

I'm picking against the Cats for the rest of the season.

Like Matt, I predicted UK to lose to both Florida and Miss State. I don't know ow that I will predict them to win this year. Not superstitious, I just like gnawing crow.
