Truth be told, I don’t think it’s all the OC’s fault. To me, a lot of the blame falls to Jalen Hurts. The talent is there, but I think he’s a poor decision-maker.

I think UGA is going to win based on the defense's being more or less even and UGA having the better QB. I also think Chubb and Michelle are better than any Bama RB. We will see...

These are my 2nd and 3rd favorite teams -- WAY behind UK, of course -- so I do not really have a strong rooting interest. UGA is way overdue, but I like to see Alabama adding to the total. I will be SHOCKED if it is not a great game.

You know, there is also some great irony to this game. I said before the Alabama-Auburn game that Alabama could lose that game and still make it in, whereas Auburn could not. Now, if Alabama had beaten Auburn, this game would have taken place a month ago -- and only one of them would be in the Finals on Monday. Auburn would not have gotten into the playoff with a loss to Alabama and UGA would not have gotten in with a second loss to Auburn. So Ohio State may have made it in. This played out the only way it could to get 2 SEC teams in the Final. Kind of strange and quirky, but I like it!

I was looking forward to seeing UGA-Bama for the SEC title. This just makes it better. Have thought all year UGA was the best team in the country so I'm not changing now. With the way Fromm plays as a freshman if they get this one it may only be the beginning.

Alabama was a mere shell of itself by the end of the year due to multiple injuries. Many of which were in their LB corps. The LB group they were running out there a month ago was not better than those we have starting for us. If the Jennings kid can't play next week it will be a blow for them. Next week should be fun with the two SEC blue bloods playing SEC smash mouth football for all to see.

I think one of Bama's LBs was hurt in the Clemson game. I don't know if he re-entered the game. This could make a difference.

Tom Hart calling our game the other night picked Bama for the title because "no one can run against Bama's D." I'll take Bama 23-20 but disagree with his statement. Unless Fromm gives UGA no passing at all to keep Bama honest I think the Dawgs can run against anyone. Not saying Chubb and Michel both run for 100+ but feel they can combine for 150+. I'm supremely impressed with Georgia's running attack. But I'm confident Bama does have the better defense.

More confident than my score or even winning team prediction is my prediction of a really good game. Expecting a battle.

I think UGA is the more complete team, but I expect Bama to win. And, I will be shocked if it is not a GREAT game.
