I know football rules about as well as I know astrophysics, but it looked to me like (1) a hold, but (2) I'm not convinced the UK lineman dragged/pulled him down.

It looked the guy was lunging and was going to fall anyway.

But regardless, we shouldn't have been in that situation anyway.
