I'm headed to Seattle early, early tomorrow morning to hang out with my daughter, SIL, and two grandkids. I've demanded to be taken to a killer Sushi bar we like to visit. Amazingly fresh and exotic dishes. I suspect Thai and Indian may end up on the agenda. Within walking distance of their house is a Chinese place that specializes in homemade dumplings. Their soup is 5 star. The best pizza I've ever had, and I've had a bunch all over the place, is a joint called Veraci. They have a huge, wood fired oven which is mind boggling, and piles of fresh ingredients. Maybe end up taking the kiddies there. I'm going to indulge big time. Exciting to eat somebody else's cooking besides my own. That's the most fun about being a food freak!!!
