Today I made 72 stuffed cabbage rolls with cabbage from my garden. Freshly ground chuck and Boston Butt. House smelled incredible.

Ha!!! Woke up really early, had a double espresso, and went to town lol. LOVE peasant food which is what I call dishes like cabbage rolls. So simple and good, and in my case, fresh. I'm off Monday. Making a final pot of fresh kale and cannellini bean soup. My freezer is absolutely packed with "comfort food". Bring on BB season!!!!

What is better than comfort food??? My fav way to cook. Thanksgiving dishes are what my Mom made and now my sister and I are keeping it going. We throw in a different veggie every now and then
