Thanks for sharing those, Blue Heaven! Looks like a fantastic time. I'm sorta debating running down this week and walking out Auxier Ridge or out to Double Arch. I've never gone to Copperas Creek yet.

Great pix. Looks like you guys had fun. Thanks for sharing those.
Extremism is so easy. You've got your position, and that's it. It doesn't take much thought. And when you go far enough to the right you meet the same idiots coming around from the left.

That last pic of the fire, if you look at the tent on the left, that is my tent. You will see a little glow in there. We had a Mr. Buddy propane heater in there hooked up to a 20 lb. cylinder. I HIGHLY recommend these heaters. Not only are they good for cold weather camping, but they would be great in a garage, shed, hunting blind, or in your home as a backup. It was 15 degrees that morning and while everyone else was freezing because they don't know how to sleep in the cold, my buddy and I were in T-shirts with our bags off of us. That heater is THE BOMB and I highly recommend it. It has a filter so you are safe from the fumes and it also has a blower. I saw these on Northerntool.com back in December for $120. Well worth it. End of shameless plug.

I should know how to do this, but can someone explain how you scale down your pics and post them as a comment, as opposed to a thumbnail? I'd like to share some pics from a trip we took to Glacier National Park.

Man, I tried everything to no avail until I googled it. I changed my cpu setting to have Paint open up my pics. From there you can click resize. Always do it by Percentage and not Pixels. Resize your pics smaller than the 100% it has originally. I tried 50 but was still too big for our server. The pics I just posted I believe I set to 20 or 25%. Worked for me perfectly. With the old site I had no problem. This new set up? Paint was the only way I could do it. Get back with me if you have any problems. I want to see those pics, btw.

Thanks for the tip. I'll have to find the Mac equivalent of Paint. Shouldn't be hard (I hope). How'd you post them, though? Usually when I upload pics it just adds a little thumbnail link. I want to post the same way you did.

However, thumbnails might be best since I'm gonna post a few at once.

Also, don't bother with the Stretch or Skew below the Percentage window. Just stick to that and you will have no problems.

I just clicked the underlined A at the top right of the post window. From there, click the Insert Image. It is just left of the Insert Video. Click the Upload tab. Click Choose File. Find the pic you want and hit Open. A new window will open up with your pic URL already in the box. Click send to the server. You will then see your pic in the post box.

That one is difficult to photograph. I really like that area despite its high usage, and you can make a great walk going from Koomer Ridge down Buck Trail out to Hanson's Point and back taking rough trail. I think it's about 8 miles and you get to see some nice areas for sure!
